Bryce and Ariel were married in in Utah in December, on our anniversary in fact, so they didn't have time between semesters to have an open house in California. In preparation for the backyard party Danny has been working in his parent's backyard daily. All his hard work paid off-the yard looked amazing!
Lindsay and I were in charge of the decorations and set up so we were busy all weekend. We had such a fun time hanging flowers from this arbor (that irritated us by dying when transplanted to a new arbor the week before). It was the perfect picture backdrop after Danny added three dozen roses as well:)

It was such a great party. The kids played on the new stump walk Danny created and the food was wonderful. It was really fun to visit with friends from our "home" ward that we don't see too often.
