We had a riot at our Leinfam reunion this year. Danny and I were feeling a lot better on antibiotics as we left for Tahoe and we were really ready for a vacation. On the drive up we both agreed that this extended vacation in Tahoe would be a fresh start for us. A chance to relax, have fun as a family and start feeling rejuvenated and "safe" after the crazy months that we've had. We also decided to stop feeling sick and weak and start getting in serious shape physically.
The Leinfam reunion was at a house in South Lake Tahoe- a couple miles from the heavenly resort. It was a nice house with three stories and just enough space for our whole clan. My favorite part was the enclosed front yard below the parking area. There the cousins played games, climbed on rocks, found lizards and we enjoyed awesome corn hole games.

The best part was hanging out with our cousins all day long. Lucy was in heaven. The babies also loved waking up from naps and seeing what Miles was doing.
I borrowed Lindsay's awesome camera to take some cute pics of my kids throughout the week. (somehow there are none of Joyce..not sure where she was!)
Lindsay and Jason were in charge and came up with some really fun games. One night we had a talent show. Our family did a short ballet with story and choreography by Lucy. I was the Queen, the girls Princesses and Danny the evil villain who Lucy captured and put in jail.

We are in mourning that Luke's family is moving to Virginia. Lucy loves her cousins so much and we will seriously miss them.
