We are full into school and fall activities. Lucy is playing soccer with the Walnut Creek Soccer Club. Lucy is on the same team as two of her friends from school, Claire and Sarah P. Their team is named the Unicorns. Somehow I haven't taken a picture of Lucy playing yet., She loves practice each week and enjoys the games. Lets just say she is not an "aggressive" player, she tends to give the ball a wide berth during the games, but she is getting better every week. Last week Joyce wore this little jersey I bought in England on my study abroad years ago. It made me happy:)

There was a weird day a couple of weeks ago that ir poured rain all morning and into the afternoon only to make way for a beautiful evening. Danny took advantage with Lucy and went on a walk up Lime Ridge.
We went on an evening walk a couple of days ago with Princess Merida! She practiced her bow and arrow skills and then got chased by her Dad.
Lucy's favorite activity this year has been Grandma's Art Class with her cousin Bennett. She goes every other week and comes home with beautiful masterpieces and having learned a lot! This last week they talked about jackson Pollack and brought home some Pollack-esque pumpkins!
For the last couple months Danny has been looking for a new job. On Thursday he got two offers! In the end it was an easy decision and he is now working at Crosspoint Realty in San Fransisco! He is very excited about what he'll be doing-he just started today! When we found out he got the job last week we celebrated with Grandma and Grandpa Leininger at the Cheesecake Factory.
The next morning we celebrated with Grandma and Grandpa Anderson and Aunt Katy at Katy's Creek in WC. Afterward we walked around downtown with these two cuties. We're so excited about this fresh beginning:)
